City officials from Bacolod City, led by Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, visited San Francisco to promote the food tourism industry and rediscover Bacolod, the City of Smiles. They are also invited by the Associations of Bacolodians in Long Beach, California to attend the Mascara festival on July 26.
