OAKLAND – The Bay area Filipino community once again came in full force to show support to the Golden State Warriors last March 25.
A sold-out arena saw performances from various Filipino groups from singing the national anthem to halftime entertainment.
Although the Warriors failed to notch a win, the attendees seemed to have enjoyed the culture and the atmosphere brought about by the performers.
Al Perez, San Francisco’s Entertainment Commissioner, organized the event.
Warriors take on the Indiana Pacers next on Tuesday, Mar. 27.
