HAYWARD – Toto’s Grill – Ihaw Na! Restaurant finally opened last June 30 in Hayward. The third of its kind in California specializing in only street food delicacies, the establishment treated Filipinos in the bay area with its wide variety of flavorings such as beef isaw, fish balls, tenga on a stick, kwek kwek, lugaw, and more.

After successfully opening the San Diego and Los Angeles branches, the owner decided to take their creations up North. Much to their surprise, the craving for street foods in the bay area were no more different than that of the South. A truly authentic Pinoy restaurant where they only serve truly authentic Pinoy style street foods.
