Four American states became ablaze with Catholic fervor in the simmering summer month of September as multitudes of Servants of the Lord (SOLD) and True Men of God (TMG) of Couples for Christ (CFC) converged for an their annual conference themed ‘Rise Above’ in Washington State, New Jersey, California and Georgia.

Motoring and flying in groups, the conferees spent their weekends rekindling God-given gifts and altogether soared above like eagles in honing and fulfilling their embraced ministry.

CFC SOLD International Coordinator Brother Joemar Salumbides flew in from Manila and pivoted all the conferences, together with CFC elder Brother Manny Garcia who delivered Session 2 teaching “The Long Run” complemented by different sharers from local chapters.

CFC leaders from the four states delivered Session 1 topic of “Life in the Fast Lane” and Session 3 “The Best of My Life” as the various speakers all contextualized contemporary realities and challenges CFC SOLD-TMG brethren face in undertaking their spiritual missions.

CFC USA SOLD Core Group members and local conference organizers ensured participants would rise above their bestowed spiritual gifts and fulfill their committed evangelization thru CFC.

Every year, delegates to this annual Catholic men’s conference look forward at enjoying the Fellowship Night that spices up thrills and frills to such rigid religious gathering.This year, group contenders presented their own interpretation and version of the theme “A Night on Eagles Wings” with New Jersey diversifying into Hawaiian Night attire to add scintillating experiences in the fun-filled showcasing of innate talents.

The conferees not only bared out the best in their faith and evangelization dedication but also gelled strongly with the team-building “Shoe Tower” and “Square Off” group dynamics presided and interpreted in spiritual context by Brother Joemar Salumbides amid serene and inspiring backdrop of the various conference venues.

The Lord’s Day and Holy Mass celebration pinnacled the solemnity of the Catholic men’s confab events that were also dotted with side-tour of local tourist attractions and fond food tripping during travel time and brief windows of opportunity.
