Last week Mayor London Breed speak at the Grand Opening OF TNDC’s new 1036 Mission property designated for families who are homeless and have low incomes. An apartment building in SOMA providing affordable housing for the most vulnerable San Francisco residents. 40 of the building’s 83 units will be designated for families who are homeless, earning no more than 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and the remaining 43 units will be designated for families with low incomes, earning no more than 50% AMI. Additional 9% of the apartments will be fully accessible to persons with disabilities ad 5% include features for persons with visual hearing impairments. The Building is also Green -Pointed Rated.
